The most common reason a nappy leaks is incorrect sizing, usually when nappies start to leak it means your child is ready to progress to the next nappy size. Please note the weight ranges are to be used as a guide, as you can imagine babies, like adults, are different shapes and sizes so it is difficult to generalise all babies into a nappy based on weight.
